Most ground orders arrive in about 5 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Priority Mail orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 days once shipped (a USPS estimate, not a guarantee). Custom roasts may add a few extra days.

Every coffee comes in 12 oz (340g), 2 lb, and 5 lb bags. Provision Blend and Eventide Decaf are $18 / $43 / $73. Cherith Brook Reserve, Songbird's Brew, and Riversong Reserve are $19 / $45 / $75.

Yes. Each coffee has its own Raven Roast, the level we think brings out its best, marked "(Raven Roast)" under Roast Preference. Prefer it Light, Medium, Medium-Dark, or Dark instead? Just pick that option. Same price. Custom roasts may add a few extra days to delivery.

It's our chosen  roast for each coffee, shown on a 5-point scale from Light (1) to Dark (5). Riversong Reserve is Light (1 of 5). Provision Blend, Songbird's Brew, and Eventide Decaf are Medium (3 of 5). Cherith Brook Reserve is Medium-Dark (4 of 5).

We sell whole bean, because coffee stays fresh much longer whole and grinding right before you brew gives you the most flavor. If you need it ground, email us at ravencoffeeorders@ravencoffeeroasters.us with your order number and how you brew (drip, pour over, French press, or espresso), and we'll grind it for you.

It's how the coffee fruit is removed from the bean after harvest. Washed coffees have the fruit removed before drying, which usually gives a clean, crisp cup. Natural coffees dry inside the whole cherry, which often adds a sweeter, fruitier, jammier character.

Eventide uses the Swiss Water Process, a decaffeination method that uses water rather than chemical solvents to remove the caffeine.

Yes. Every bag is roasted to order and marked with its roast date, so you always know exactly when your coffee was roasted.
